This is an important one. Who are you trying to reach? Describe your clients and potential customers. What problems are you solving for them? Why do they want to work with you? What is their demographic? The more information you can give me, the better.
What tone should your website have? Examples: fun, technical, friendly, straightforward, upbeat, professional, compassionate, humorous?
What's your company's story? How did it all begin? How long have you been in business? Are you a family run company? What is unique about you?
Who are the key team members you want to include on the website? Include their names as you want them to appear and a short bio if you want to include that.
Include all contact information you want to appear on your Contact page. Your business address, phone number. email address, social media links or usernames, etc.
What areas do you serve? Do you have multiple locations? Are your services provided remotely or at a physical location?
What else do I need to know about your business, industry, clients, competitors, services, etc. in order to talk about your company and reach your audience effectively? This is your last chance to tell me anything that I forgot to ask about before I start writing your content!
